over 20 years international experience, and over 10 years
working in the developing world, Sean is well qualified to
help partners and clients design and build capacity in land
administration infrastructure including title registration,
tenure regularization, boundary surveying and land information
management.
A
qualified Land Surveyor and Geographer, Sean brings a range of
skills and experience in programme management, project design,
co-operative methods, quantitative and qualitative analysis,
technical assistance, training and capacity building,
procurement, and project monitoring, evaluation and assessment
-- to complement local skills and knowledge in the furtherance
of appropriate and sustainable, national and local, land
administration.

Country
experience includes: Albania, Bermuda, Botswana, Egypt,
Ethiopia, Ghana, Guyana, India, Libya, Nigeria, Swaziland,
Trinidad and Tobago, Turks and Caicos Islands and the United
Kingdom; working on projects funded by: World Bank, U.K.
Department for International Development (DFID),
Inter-American Development Bank (IADB), United States Agency
for International Development (USAID), and the European
Commission (EC).
